A great deal! I have to be aware of everything that I say and do. In order to be successful, one has to have an air of success, look successful, and live success all of the time. Basically, I can't be swinging from the chandelier at a bar or wolfing down an apple pie and french fries.
Has being a "role model" been a burden or a relevation?
All positive - I LOVE it! I wouldn't change a thing!
Tell us about some of the awards that you are the most proud of and why? Do they give more credence now that people see you as a positive role model?
I am most proud of the United States Sports Academy Dwight D Eisenhower Award for my contribution and accomplishments in the fitness industry. The previous recipients were Arnold schwarzenegger and Jane Fonda.
In one sentence, how do you want people to describe you? Kiana is beautiful inside and out, she's got her act together, she's successful, kind, down to earth, so real, funny, witty, sharp, nice, hard working, I like her and I want to hire her to star in my next film. What is the great compliment ever given to you by your parents, your supporters and your fans? Parents: That I have turned out better than they ever dreamed of and they are proud of me that I have achieved more than most people do in their entire life time. Fans: The fact that 98 baby girls are named after me, Kiana. The ultimate complement.
